Gucci Mane Pleads Guilty To Battery, Sent Back In Jail (BLOG)
According to CBS Atlanta, the rapper (real name: Radric Davis) pleaded guilty in court on Tuesday (September 13) to injuring a woman after he intentionally pushed her out of a moving car in January, according to a DeKalb County Court judge.
Gucci faces two counts of battery, two counts of reckless conduct, and one count of disorderly conduct.
A judge sentenced the rapper to six months behind bars, followed by several months of probation thereafter.
Additionally, Gucci was ordered to complete 12 weeks of anger management, pay over $5,000 in restitution to the woman for medical costs, and a $3,000 fine.
He was taken into custody immediately after his guilty plea, and remains at the DeKalb County Jail.
