Dancing with the Stars" season 13 has sent home one of its 12 contestants on Tuesday, September 20. Ron Artest aka Metta World Peace was the first one who has to bury his dream to claim the mirror ball trophy after he was placed in the bottom of scoreboard with 14/30 from Monday's performance.
"Peta was great," the 31-year-old athlete said of his partner, professional dancer Peta Murgatroyd, after learning his fate on the first elimination night. He added, "I had a great, great time... [It was] awesome."
Ron's cha cha cha failed to impress judges as Len Goodman said "it was all sizzle, no sausage." Carrie Ann Inaba, however, said the basketball player has an advantage on the dance floor, "Now we know who the wild one is going to be. You're sort of eccentric and sexy."
"DWTS" will return next Monday, September 26 at at 8/7c on ABC with eleven remaining celebs and their partners.
