New patent for a WP7 smartphone with swappable keyboard!

According to the picture above, Microsoft might be planning to release a competely new kind of a slide-out smartphone.


It's (obviously) a Windows Phone 7 device. And as you can see on the picture, you're gonna be able to choose between a keyboard, a gamepad and an additional battery (and one more thing we can't figure out what it's supposed to be) to put in the hole which slides out of the device.
Pretty good idea if you ask us - especially if it's true that those "innards" are also gonna work via Bluetooth.

But don't be too excited, yet. All we've got so far is the patents and this sketch. So nothing's confirmed. And as everyone knows, Microsoft doesn't build smartphones, so they'll have to look for a manufacturer... let's hope they pick a good one.

New Nokia WP7 phone leaked! Real or fake?!

Again, some rumors and pics about how Nokia's WP7 smartphones might look like!

The site of My Nokia Blog revealed some new photos about two Nokia phones using the OS from Microsoft. First and most important question: are these fotos real?

Well, at this moment we can't say anything. Like always, neither Nokia nor Microsoft commented anything till now.

The team of CG believes that the phones could be real (and look great btw) even though all three pics are very blurry.
My Nokia Blog also noted that Nokia obviously has integrated their own OVI services (look at the second pic)....

No Windows Phone 7 tablets! Microsoft wants to push Windows 8!

We will never see a tablet like this..

Ever thought about a tablet which runs Windows Phone 7? Great idea?! Not for Microsoft!
At the Worldwide Partners Conference the president of Windows Phone, Andy Lee, said there is actually zero chance of seeing a Windows Phone 7 tablet today and in future! 
Hm what does this mean? Well, the team of California's Gadget believe there is only one reason: Microsoft wants to push Windows 8; not only on PCs but also on tablets! Sounds logical, but Microsoft must be beware: Not using WP7 also means losing another year on the tablet market, which is one of the fastest growing sectors worldwide. As we can see on the smartphone market, it is not that easy to get a piece of the cake...
