Pokemon game for Android and iOS soon?

According to an article on the official Pokemon website, those beloved creatures from Nintendo will soon appear on your smartphone.
Well, at least if you've got Android 2.1 (or higher) or iOS 4.3 (or higher) and if you live in Japan. For now, it's not sure when and even if it will be released for the rest of the world. We would sure love to level up some Pokemon on the go.

Here's a leaked picture of the game, obviously showing the start screen. We can't tell if it's fake or not.
